The program is broken into two parts:
30-minute introduction prior to full session - EQ Assessment included
Half-Day Emotional Intelligence Workshop - This engaging practice based workshop is designed to cultivate self-awareness and self-regulation techniques, develop empathy, and teach participants to use emotional intelligence in relationship building and leadership contexts.
Each workshop concludes with SMART goal setting for all individuals to improve their EI skills in their personal and professional lives.
The DISC model categorizes behavior into four main styles: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C).
A DISC Workshop is designed to help participants understand their behavioral preferences and tendencies. Participants will gain valuable insights into their behavioral preferences, improve their communication skills, and enhance their ability to work effectively with others.
The program is broken into two parts:
30-minute introduction prior to full session - DISC Assessment included
Half-Day DISC Workshop - In this interactive session, participants will identify their primary and secondary behavioral styles, understand each styles characteristics, strengths, weaknesses, and behavioral preferences. They will apply DISC in the context of their team dynamics and personal conflict resolution, using discussion and role-play exercises.
Each workshop concludes with Action Planning for all individuals to apply the DISC concepts in their lives.
