Executive Coaching is for individuals seeking to improve critical thinking and problem solving, strengthen leadership skills, expose blind spots, and change limiting behaviors and beliefs.
Revenue enablement consulting is the work of building the programs, content, and processes that help sales teams ramp faster, sell more effectively, and perform consistently. It includes onboarding design, rep certification, skills training, sales methodology implementation, and sales kickoff facilitation. As a fractional consultant, I deliver this work for organizations that need senior-level enablement expertise without a full-time hire.
It is a strong fit for scaling sales organizations — typically 15 to 150 reps — that have outgrown informal onboarding but are not yet resourced for a dedicated internal enablement function.
