Lenora Brown has over a decade of leadership experience, notably running the Global Sales Productivity organization for Oracle’s NetSuite GBU, where she was responsible for the learning and development of over 4,000 individuals worldwide in the sales organization. During her time in-seat, the global sales time-to-logo decreased 56% while annual revenue increased 26%+ for multiple years running. Lenora has developed best-in-class leaders and teams across four continents using modern leading practices and EQ.

Following her experience at Oracle, Lenora was part of the Gateway Logistics Group Executive team where she led the Sales and Marketing organization, the IT organization, and HR and Administration. Her experience includes multiple business process transformations, technology implementation and adoption, and successful organizational change initiatives.

Lenora graduated from Tufts University Magna Cum Laude, and holds certifications in Entrepreneurship, Communications & Media Studies, as well as Management Science and Innovation from the University College London.
